By 2004, my wife and I decided that we had enough of the traffic and crowds of Southern California. It was time to make a move. We wanted to live in New Mexico!
So - we went on the Internet, looking for the perfect house to buy.
It was easy to find properties, but difficult to get a feel for them because the pictures were too small, too few, or of poor quality.
Thinking there was a better way to show homes and attract potential buyers using the web, and knowing that the Internet was a wonderful marketing tool, I made a simple web page of the California house we were selling.

When we put our house on the market, our realtor incorporated the web page I made into her advertising, and the house sold within days.
After moving to New Mexico, I decided to offer the same service to local realtors in the greater Albuquerque area. I learned there was a great deal of interest in New Mexico homes from out-of-state buyers, and I wanted to provide those home seekers with the visual tools we hoped to find when we began our search. I shoot the photographs, polish them in photo shop, build a web page that best shows the home's features and architectural details, and construct a slide show to upload to the MLS as a Virtual Tour.
To provide New Mexico's Realtors with a better marketing tool for modern-day home buyers - big, clear photos that show the property, the house, and the details that bring out the quality and character of each listing, laid out in a manner that makes it easy to let potential buyers see exactly what is being offered.
